“Academic Portal” refers to all tools, platforms, hosting services, and resources developed and maintained by E-module and made accessible via emodule.in or designated URLs.
“Content” includes all information, data, text, media, software, images, and materials provided under this Agreement.
“Agreement” means this Education Partner Agreement including all referenced policies and linked materials.
